Hi, I'm Sasha, 18

I write Go and I like platforms.

I've been daily-driving Linux since I was 13 — went through pretty much every distro phase, and now five years on Arch. At some point I switched to Mac. Not because Arch stopped being fun, but because I stopped wanting to spend my evenings fixing my own dotfiles. Doesn't matter what anyone tells you, that setup is never actually stable.

Before that I was deep into cybersecurity, then self-hosting — until self-hosting got boring too. Turns out hosting things is only interesting until you run out of things worth hosting. So now I'm the one writing the thing that's worth hosting.

Right now what I actually spend my time on: wrapping things up so they run the same everywhere, watching a system take a hit of load and come back down on its own, turning a wall of raw numbers into something you can actually read, spinning up a small throwaway environment just to break it on purpose. Describing a whole setup as plain text and watching it appear.
